To put it simply, I just like to eat--in or out. It was inevitable that cooking would follow, and the same slippery slope has swept me even further into the gastronomic rabbit hole that is my search for the freshest, carefully crafted ingredients available.

Thus the book, Eat Texas. If it's grown, raised or made in Texas, we're there. Robert, Trent and I have already encountered a host of intriguing characters who create some of the most delicious edibles the Lone Star State has to offer.
